Within these terms and conditions BR Beauty Ltd being The Seller and The Buyer being the purchaser of any goods purchased from The Seller are set out under these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions along with all contracts entered into are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England in relation to any contract entered into under these terms and conditions.
EDUCATORS/DISTRIBUTORS
If you are an educator or a distributor for BR Beauty Ltd you will have a signed contract which has outlined and specified your terms and conditions as set out and agreed to by both us “The Seller” and yourself.
TRADE ONY
“The Seller" operates exclusively as a wholesaler, we do not sell directly to the general public and We do not deal with consumer sales. All our sales are TRADE only.
When placing an order with "The Seller" you are confirming that you are not a consumer for the purpose of the consumer credit legislation and you are also confirming you are not a consumer for the purpose of the sale of goods legislation. You are confirming that you are in a business purchasing goods for the purpose of business use, not personal use. Customers should be qualified to use the products sold on this website, goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose. No responsibility will be accepted by "The Seller" for any trained or untrained personnel  without qualified supervision using or misusing  any equipment supplied by "The Seller". If you are a business customer it is your responsibility to ensure you are insured for the products you are using and we reserve the right to ask for proof of your professional st
ONLINE ORDERS
When placing an order to purchase a product from "The Seller" you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order including the details of the order.
Your order represents an offer to purchase a product which is accepted by us only when we despatch that product to you. Any products on the same order which are not despatched do not form part of that contract.
Please note we require a working contact number, a valid address and a valid email address.
Our main form of communication is via email, although we will try to contact by phone first if theres no response we will email you. "The Seller" accepts no responsibility for your typing errors when inputting your personal data.
GENERAL
The Seller reserves the right to restrict or refuse any order for application of credit at anytime.  ”The Seller” takes special care to show correct sizes and specifications and such descriptions whilst given as a guide in good faith are subject to alteration by “The Seller” without notice. 
WARANTY
All items are guaranteed to the individual manufacturer’s warranty. Any faulty items which are still under the manufacturer’s warranty must be reported and sent back for inspection, as stated in our returns policy (please make sure you are sending back products by recorded sign for Royal Mail, if the products don’t arrive back we wont be able to refund). Please be aware postage will not be refunded for items returned as unsuitable.
PRODUCT AVAIABILITY
All products are subject to stock availability. If we have insufficient stock to fulfil the order we will contact you by e-mail or by phone. “The Seller” would like to advise “The Buyer” that some products may be in different packaging to originally shown, old or new it’s a matter of stock availability.
All goods must be inspected on delivery all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to “The Seller” can accept no responsibility for transport delays.
DISPATCHING
“The Sellers” policy is to dispatch goods within 24 hours of receiving an order. This can be subject to stock availability. Times quoted are in good faith but shall not be binding. “The Seller” can accept no responsibility for transport delays.
We do not accept any cancellation once an order has been dispatched.
Should you mistype your postcode or address we will not be responsible for your order not being delivered.
We offer 2 types of shipping
1).Royal Mail 1ST class £3.35.
2).Parcel Force Next day- £12.99
Liquid products above 250ml , and packages with weight of 2kg to 20kg.  Products will only be delivered once full payment has been received. We will not be held accountable for any delays in delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. When paying with Paypal please ensure the delivery address is the same as the address the address you used for the order on our website we will only ship to the address approved by Paypal.
PRICES
All prices are shown in U.K.Sterling and are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to alter prices without notice. E&OE (errors and omissionsexpected).Prices and special offers are correct at the time of goods being displayed on the web site but are subject to alteration without prior notice. It is possible that some of the products in the catalogue may be mis-priced. If a products correct price is lower than the stated price on the website, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a products correct price is higher than the price stated in the website, we will, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions before despatch, or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.  
PAYMENT
Customer Payment will always be required before any items are despatched to you. Payment can be made in various ways, We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal payments.
RETURNS&REFUNDS
​​​​​​​If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we'll exchange or refund it. The company must be notified within 14 days and the goods to arrive back to the company premises within 14 days . 
Please ensure before you purchase any products that you are buying the correct product.
Should you require more information about any of our products please contact us before purchasing and we will be happy to help.
If the product you receive is faulty/damaged please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and we will be happy to replace for you. Proof of purchase & proof of damage (photographic) must be available on our request.

Please be aware: “The seller” will not be held responsible for any damages made to the packaging or its contents upon delivery “The seller” ensure all packages are sealed to a high standard “The buyer “ must be vigilant when opening a parcel, if any damage is caused in this process us “the seller” will accept no responsibilty.

The seller accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit. We highly recommend that receipt of posting is obtained. Its the responsibility of "The Buyer" to ensure adequate insurance is purchased to cover the items being returned.

The seller does not issue refunds or accept returns of the following items- Scissors, clippers, razors, manicure or pedicure implements and tweezers (this list is not exhaustive). Any goods returned damaged due to poor packaging will not entitle "The Buyer" to a full credit/refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
